Mr. Reid has been employed with NCDS since July 1999, first as a Systems Engineer and then appointed to the Manager's position in May 2002. He is a national of Anguilla and Prior to joining NCDS Mr. Reid was employed as a Senior Systems Engineer in the Information Technology Unit of the Government of Anguilla.

Mr. Reid possesses a great diversity of skills at both Engineering and Management levels and has formal training and experience in Electronics, Software Engineering, Programming, Project Management and Decision Making and a great deal of knowledge in Business Administration.

Mr. Reid also serves an ex officio member to the NCDS Board of Directors, is a member of the Chartered Management Institute and holds a first class honours Bachelors degree in Electronic and Computer Engineering and a Masters in Engineering with Business Management.

Mr. Mohammed has worked as a Systems Engineer at NCDS since January 2004, He is a National of Trinidad where he worked in an Electronic Payment Services environment and has knowledge of ATM and POS sharing environments. He has also been a Systems Engineer where he has been exposed to a great variety of networking and Microsoft related products. Adrian has knowledge in LANs, Windows 2000 and Cisco Switches.

Mr. Mohammed has a B.Sc. Degree in Computing and Information Systems from the University of London and is a Microsoft Certified Professional.

Mr. Laing has worked as a Systems Engineer at NCDS since August 2005. He is a national of Jamaica where he worked prior to NCDS as a Senior Systems Engineer with Fujitsu Transaction Solutions (Jamaica) Ltd.

His exposure to Information Systems technology as an Administrator is extensive including being Fujitsu's On-Site System Administrator and Technical Support for the Government of Anguilla's Financial Services Department ACORN Project. System.

Mr. Laing has over ten (10) years experience in the Information Technology field and holds a B.Sc. Electronics Degree from the University of the West Indies Mona Campus. Mr. Laing is a Solaris Systems Administrator, a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), and a CheckPoint Certified Systems Expert (CCSE).

Mrs. Helen Bryan has been employed at NCDS since November 2000. Prior to this Mrs. Bryan spent 12 years within the Anguilla Public Service in various administrative capacities including serving with the Island's Executive Council. She then joined the private sector and spent 2 ½ years as an Executive Assistant with a major international Hotel Chain (Sonesta Hotels) before moving to NCDS. She was educated in the U.K. and holds a Diploma in Secretarial Duties along with several certificates for short courses, which include Supervisory Skills and Microsoft Applications. Helen is currently pursuing a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business.

Ms. Kewanah Richardson has been employed with National Commercial Data Services since December 2002, in the capacity of Help Desk Operator. Ms Richardson has worked in the Information Technology field for six (6) years prior to coming to NCDS.

Ms. Richardson has excellent telephone operator manner and problem resolution skills.

Ms. Richardson is a graduate of the Albena Lake Hodge Comprehensive School in Anguilla and holds a Diploma as a Computer Specialist from Thompson Education Direct and is currently studying for a Degree Specializing in Business Management.
